After working in the kitchen here's what I have learned about this restaurant. Theres dead mice and ants all over the place. Tons of cross contamination, tongs and knives are used on all types off food (rarely cleaned). Gloves are never worn during prep or service. All chicken, salmon, steak, ground geef, an some veggies are bought and cooked from frozen.

In today for lunch (4 kids 2 adults) Greeted & sat by the fireplace with menu's & given a min to decide. We noticed the $15 lunch menu, server went & grabbed us the lunch menus. Ordered our drinks first (with waters for the table) when they were served (no water) we ordered our meals. The lunch menu said 20 mins, or your next meal is free, we waited more than 30. Still no waters. Once our food was served we didn't see the server again. I had to get up & go look for her to get our water & bills (the place was not busy at all). When she brought all of it, I looked at the bill & somehow $45 (3 people on my bill, $15 lunch menu) had turned into a $65 bill. She then explained that the drinks we ordered weren't off of the lunch menu, which I replied isn't that something you should have mentioned when we ordered....she half owned it, but that was the end of it. She wasn't rude, but I really didn't appreciate not being made aware my bill would be extra because of something she didn't mention. She scooped up my receipt and took off, so I am not able to leave feedback on the website. I can see that most recently it's seems like the same sort of issues, like the bathroom.... 🤮 the smell was so bad. Septic smelling. I won't be returning.

Worse service ever. I noticed the other waitress serving other booths in the bar section often asking her patrons if everything was good or if they needed anything. Mine never did or even walk by. My partner had to finish his meal with ice water from his empty coke, I developed such bad heartburn from not getting any water to digest my pizza with that I suffered during the entire show at the Leacock theatre afterwards. She did not catch my hand signals so I had to walk up to the bar. I startled the other waitress when I did while mine continued to do what she did all night… immersed herself on the cash register. I complimented the other waitress and asked mine for bill and water.

Just went to this Boston Pizza and had a great time. First time coming here but their bartender Sophie was fast and efficient but also super friendly and made great drink recommendations. Great professionalism and ability to keep the atmosphere fun and welcoming made my night. If you're looking for top-notch service and friendly atmosphere I'd recomend checking this place out!

We were very disappointed with our food .An undercooked handful of fries , watery gravy and paper thin chicken on a chicken club sandwich . The honey dill chicken sandwich wasn’t any better . Tasted like a cheap frozen chicken burger. Service was fine not over friendly or attentive for a nearly empty restaurant. It’s really going downhill.

We were a group of friends who visited this location with our children. We visited in September when they had the “kids eat free” promotion. When we walked in they told us that it’s one free kids meal per paying adult. Nowhere in the flyer does it mention that. It seems like the owner/manager made this rule themselves because we visited the other Boston Pizza location in Aurora and received 3 free kids meal for 2 paying adults.
The worst part I would say was the service. The food arrived at our tables over a very long period of time. The last person received their food 45 minutes after the first person. So we weren’t all eating at the same time. By the time someone received their food, the other person had already finished theirs.
Not only that, but almost all our separate bills had wrong charges in them and there was so much going back and forth with the servers to fix the billing problems.

Your experience will 100% come down to how short staffed they are. Sometimes it's good, and sometimes the only way to get utensils is to bring your own.

Absolutely horrible. This is the 2nd out of 3 times that we have been here and sat waiting for service. I am literally typing this review as we sit here ignored. There is only 1 other table on the restaurant side and they are already eating so there is no excuse. Last month we came and were told they would not be able to even give us a menu for an hour because they were short staffed. We sat after an hour but then wasted 45 minutes waiting for someone to take our order before leaving.
What has happened to this BP? It used to be a fairly reliable place to bring the family for dinner
By the way, still no service

If you wish to waste half your life waiting for service this is the place for you! Twenty plus minutes to be approached by a waitress to take our order and a further fifteen minutes before our drinks were served. Twenty minutes after that our food finally arrived for a total time in excess of fifty five minutes! When I entered this place I was clean shaven - by the time the food arrived I had almost grown a beard.Never again!
