We had such a great time at Boston pizza thanks to Kimberley! She was so sweet, friendly, attentive and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food and atmosphere were also top notch. Will definitely come back again.

Boston Pizza is my go to restaurant but I came into this location with a couple friends and had the worst experience. The Indian man that sat us was very rude and ignorant. He kept walking past our table and giving us rude stares. When he did come to our table I asked for water and never received it. Our waitress was very nice and apologized for his actions but the food did not taste like Boston Pizza’s usual food. Because of this and the bad service I will never come back to this location or recommend to any other friends. VERY disappointed.

Little known secret, this location has a MAGICIAN on Wednesdays (current as of Jan 2026, so don't hold me to that forever). Our kids had an absolute blast with him - he was very engaging, really good, and even wowed us adults. The service tonight was extremely good as wel. We were greeted the moment we walked in and the manager even thanked us for coming in and chosing this restaurant tonight. The server, Cody, was so friendly and attentive, but not overly so. He took his job very seriously and was very professional. We had 2 small children with us and he asked if we wanted their meals first so they could start before us... Amazing. This location really seems to take pride in their service and it shows. Looks like all the other families who were there eating at the same time as us, agree. Will absolutely be coming back.

We came on a Wednesday night and the server was very friendly! The service was quick. They have a fun kids area with lots of colouring options and games to help pass the time. There was a wonderful magician with a big smile making the kids laugh so hard. It was a delightful experience. Will eat here again
