I recently visited this place with my daughter and ordered a kids' 4-piece chicken meal, a Quarter Pounder meal, and two Blizzards. The bill came to a shocking $51. When I asked for an itemized receipt, they could only provide a transaction slip, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, they didn’t include plum sauce with my daughter's meal, and the food was so disgusting we couldn’t even finish it. The place was also noticeably dirty compared to other restaurants. I will never return here.

Not what I remember from growing up, it's really expensive for okay food. The ice cream is actually icy not creamy. The bathroom was gross.

I had a terrible experience at this Dairy Queen location. The place was dirty, and it was clear that they haven't maintained or updated their equipment in a long time. There us no definition of using gloves.To make things worse, there was only one person running the entire shop, and she was clearly overwhelmed. She had to manage everything herself and she said she is new and is under training which made the service extremely slow and frustrating. (Absolutely owner's fault). Finally she ended up making a mistake on my order—I asked for chicken, but I got a burger instead!

Dirty, unpleasant/unfriendly environment.
This dairy Queen is a very unfortunate example of a Dairy Queen.
The facility needs a full audit for cleansilness, decorating and customer service in general. The gentleman working there is absolutely unhappy and unfriendly. Truly a shame.
Dairy Queen needs to get behind their brand better. McDonald's, Starbucks, Tim Hortons and many others would not allow such an establishment to ruin their reputation.

Went to DQ. Ordered 3 small vanilla cones. It wasn't ice cream, it was like frozen ice milk, and it cost $17.25 for 3 lousy cones. We will never go back. Just had cones off the ice cream truck and it was 100% better and only cost $12. DQ...very disappointed.

We love dq when we are in Peterborough, this location is never consistent and always rude, and clearly aren’t following head office guidelines.
This starts from the top, you have countless of terrible reviews and have the same response and clearly no change.
Maybe time to contact head office ??
Don’t bother copying and pasting the same response to you do to others.
Do better!
