I really wanted to like this place, but the experience with the owner has been consistently disappointing. He is extremely unwelcoming — when you walk in, he doesn’t even acknowledge you.
On our previous visit, we asked if he had a takeout menu. He told us everything was on his website and that we could order there. We placed an order at home, received a pickup time for about 30 minutes later, and arrived 45 minutes after placing it. The owner barely looked at us, then finally asked what we wanted. When we said we were here for our order, he simply said there was no order — no apology, no explanation.
As we were already leaving, he suddenly asked if we wanted him to make it now. At that point, no thank you.
The atmosphere is unpleasant, the smell inside is off-putting, and the customer service is basically nonexistent. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

Best panzerotti in town. Has been in business for 30 years at this location by the original owner. I love stopping in when I'm getting back late at night (he's open real late) and shooting the breeze with him. Can't go wrong 🤌
