This Harveys drive through is absolutely terrible every single time for years ! I was literally the only car in the drive through I ordered 2 poutines and I waited 20 minutes! While there is always 2 or more staff in the back smoking 🚬 and the staff in side stand behind the window chatting and giggling while people get frustrated waiting half a day for there food. Love you long time !

Please remind your cashiers to maintain proper hand hygiene. I noticed one employee with visibly dirty nails, which was concerning. Cleanliness is important, especially when handling food or customer transactions. I hope this can be addressed promptly. Thank you.

Poutine portions are typically really good only when you order large. The regular have little cheese and meat. Recommended walking in as the drive thru takes a very long time.

A joke of an establishment, very rude workers Waited 25 minutes with only 1 car infront of me. Opened my food when I got home and order was completely wrong. Never again will I go to this Harvey’s
I was impressed by the cleanliness of this location. Young girl at the counter was patient with the kids and asked if I had CAA for the discount. Great experience today!

Ordered a shake that they couldn't produce so the creative staff (Emma and company) mixed some syrups together to approximate the flavour and nailed it. Three people at the window while I taste tested it reminding me they'll do whatever I need to make things right. This at a fast-food chain! A tip of the hat to you Miss. Cheers.
