went there two times ran out of fresh ice thick noodle; then tried the shanghai noodle (udon) which is not bad big portion other is the fried beef fried noodle (dried) also not bad i would say chicken is better than the beef. the chef claimed he can make traditional dosh upon requests service is ok, quiet place not much dine in appeared to be popular on take out or uber eats

My family has gotten this please for years and it has always taken 30 mins minimum for our food to be done. My family ordered here two nights ago and it will be our last after getting horribly sick only a couple hours after eating, I was puking for 3 hours. That is the second time this has happened but this has not happened to not only me but also by boyfriend. After reading other reviews and reports of this place I will never eat here again.

Jade garden has always been my go to for a decade +, unfortunately tonight it was not busy and upon arriving home I noticed are chicken balls we’re definitely not cooked long enough they were not golden coloured at all just pure white and mush.
We had to cook them in the oven.. photo in the container is after we cooked them in the oven.
The chicken fried rice the green peas were hard not fully cooked
Just had the best experience with personal staff and was very helpful with their suggestion of the dish. Very fresh and flavourful.

Enjoyed take out Jade Garden's pick 4 last night. The service was friendly. I dropped by early evening, food was ready quickly. The quality, appearance and flavour of every dish was so improved from the past time I ordered (over a year ago) They have regained a previous long term customer!! So good!

We have ordered takeout from this restaurant for 32 years. After last night, it may be our last. We've had a few poor dishes once in a while, but last night was bad. The rice had very little pork in it. The beef almond had few onions, no mushrooms, just hard carrots, way too much celery and too many green peppers. Very few almonds either. The packer put the sweet and sour sauce in the bag upside down. The egg rolls were cold. I don't know if it changed ownership, but it was not near its usual standards. It's sad to see a business go so far downhill. Hope it was just a bad night, but I'm not sure if I'll chance it again. 😕
