we lost another one my chicken was rubber.. the worst taste i had from them . i order there big merry and even the patty was not BIG as it is advertise . this place was good, but now has gone down hill in the last few months not sure what has changed but. this was the tipping point for me .stay clear,

Today I visit marijuana own restaurant in Caswick location I into the store it was no air condition working this is disgusting for me because the 31° temperature outside and there was no air condition inside this food area how to eat food inside if there was air conditioning not a very very bad feelings very disappointed with the service and everything

We recently visited Marry Brown. The chicken tasted more like KFC than Popeyes—crispy and flavorful, but with a different style. Prices were a bit on the higher side, but the service and staff were friendly and professional. Overall, it was a good experience.

My only other experience with Mary Browns was the Brampton location and I really have to say I wasn't a fan.
This location however, completely changed my mind. It started with the cleanliness of the restaurant and the surrounding area of the building. I could tell that the owner of the franchise cares about their business. The service, was even better. The young ladies behind the counter were fantastic, extremely helpful and very pleasant. I was very impressed with the quality of service. To the owner of this location, you have a great staff!
Now the big one. The food. I hadn't previously enjoyed Mary Browns but the chicken here was great, it was hot, the batter was crispy and you could tell it was all fresh. The wedges were also very freshly cooked.
Well done to the staff at this location. You made me a fan and with all the trade nonsense going on, it's nice to be able to happily choose Mary Browns as a Canadian owned choice.

The food here has been consistently excellent. The chicken is large, juicy and crispy and so good tasting. I normally don't order coated fries but the fries here are very good and I truly enjoy them. The service is always friendly and quick and the premises are clean and tidy. Give this location a try, you will not be disappointed.

OMG. We just had our chicken dinner, but this time we also had dessert. The chocolate cup is incredible. We will definitely buy the desserts from now on....as well as the incredible non greasy chicken. No other brand will do from now on. Thank you to the very pleasant staff as well.
