Worst experience I’ve had a McDonald’s. Chubby white guy who was the “manager” was extremely rude and has no idea how to talk to people in a professional manner.

Well I had a delightful drive through employee take my order. I asked for no bun on my burger add leaf lettuce, she says I will ask if I can do that. I have done this a hundred times. She comes back and says no. We dont do that. I ask her to add leaf lettuce as it is in her system. Annoyed she takes the rest of my order now when i left the screen it was correct. I get my food pull away only to find out she deleted all my toppings and added just extra pickles and put the uncooked cheese on the side. So definitely working with kitchen staff as well So I go back the manager was very polite and brushes it off as it was someone elses order lol now that was funny but he has the burger remade and i watched them make it he also replaced my fires and a poutine. So I get home the burger is correct, I proceed to have some of my poutine to find out it is completely full of salt. And the fries also have so much salt on them, like saturated. Not double salted like a dump. So if these kids don't like what you say they maliciously mess with your food. So this will be the last time I eat here and I will be contacting the supervisor, owner and head office as the manager is a kid The one who corrected my order. Probably will not go anywhere. But at least if anyone reads this they will have a heads up. I'm okay with a joke but twice in a row I'm done.

It was a great experience. Big improvement from last visit a few months back. Customer Service has improvement. They greet and say thank you now. 😆

I have been to many McDonald’s all over Canada, almost all of them are bustling with people, especially seniors in the morning but this one was strange, it was very quiet and took longer for order, the sausage egg McMuffin is the smallest and even the egg too. And it’s the only one that has a sign that says washrooms are for guests only.
But it’s quite clean after all.

Best McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to! The proportions on the hamburger and snack wrap were perfect. There must be someone with OCD there because the wrapping of the food was perfection too.

29 minutes wait at drive thru. Missing items, wrong items, missing utensils, staff standing around talking instead of working.
