This review is for the Wal-Mart location. Two days ago (Apr 08, 2025) ordered double quarter pound cheesy with jalapeño and bacon. Given a plain double quarter pounder - no cheesy sauce, no jalapeño, and no bacon. Told staff of the error and showed them my receipt and the burger(i did not ask for a new burger, I just ate the plain one I was given. Didn't want to waste and have it tossed.) Today, Apr 10 2025, ordered the same special double quarter pounder cheesy jalapeño with bacon.... this time it had the cheesy and jalapeño BUT no bacon. None.
It's not difficult. Just pay attention to what the customer has ordered and paid for, then assemble that burger for them. Please do better and pay attention. If you don't take care of your customers, somebody else (different business) will.

Ordered through skip the dishes and this is the 2nd time there is no nugget sauce and no straw in the bag. Does this location just not have nugget sauce?? Maybe take it off as an option on the app 😒 the other Woodbine location is so much better!

3 times I asked for no jalapeños on my wrap.. 3 TIMES!! How hard is it to not put them on.. this is the second time I’ve ordered this and the second time they’ve screwed up.. my bad for thinking people understand simple instructions.. I hate this place..

One of the slowest mcd. Only for one drink , i waited for 20 min. No matter, what time of the day,this location always slow for the services. Only one girl on the front was working and she was also doing slow work .

Slowest Mc Donald's on earth. Standing around doing nothing while people wait for orders that aren't being made. 15 mins just to give the order. Closing out orders on the screen before they are even made.

The food is fine. My children went into the play structure while we waited for our food, when they came out a minute or two later, they had pee on their legs as there must’ve been an accident somewhere in that room. When the staff was notified of the mysterious puddle, how they handled it was disappointing. They didn’t offer wet wipes, a discount, sanitizer… Not appreciated. not going inside again.

The lady who I am assuming is a manager in the red shirt, is completely useless. She seems to to only have. Time for people she knows. This place needs new management and staff.
