Extremely disappointed with the service here. They forgot part of our order, and when we called to resolve it, their only solutions were for us to drive back in a snowstorm or take a refund. There was zero accountability for the fact that they made the mistake. When we asked for fair compensation for the inconvenience and the dangerous drive, they begrudgingly threw in a small box of wontons without a single apology. Very poor handling of a simple error. Expect POOR customer service from Oriental Delight.

I order from this establishment quite often. I got home tonight and realized they forgot something and made something wrong so she asked me to return the one item that was wrong.( My assumption is to resell or why would you have me return it?) And then didn’t offer me anything for the inconvenience after I had to drive all the way back they just lost my business. Very disheartening. Everybody makes mistakes but at least try and fix it and make it worth my while.

After ordering a ton of food with specific instructions for some food to have no sauces, came with sauces Had an argument with them on the phone as they didnt want to fix their issue. Ended up getting them to remake it and go pick up. Once arrived to pick up the correct order the food was tossed on the counter and got the owner's back towards me as I asked if it had sauce on it or not. No response So I opened it all up to check and thanked them for their terrible service Never again ordering from here

Great tasting generous portions. We selected our own create your dinner for 3 &very affordable pricing $44.00 with tx. No photos as we ate it all lol

Ordered food the day before for pick up the next evening after work. Got there the food was ready at the time we said. It was fresh and hot. Got home and couldn’t stop saying how good it was to each other. Got their won tons and wow ! Chicken fried rice and a noodle dish. It was the best we have ever had! We had excellent service from the owners. The couple are always happy cheerful and happy to see us. The portion size is large. We highly recommend going to Queensway Noodle House. I’m from British Columbia and wish we had this restaurant near us.
We have been customers for several years, the food is excellent and the quality/quantity consistent. Like all take out & restaurants these days the price has increased over the years but still remains fair when compared to other establishments.
I highly recommend this Chinese food, it is very tasty. Please note, it is takeout only. Also you can expect a longer waiting time on some long weekends & holidays as they are popular during these times. Thank you for reading my review, all the best, MPS 😊

Ordered my dinner tonight. Asked many times to make my sure one dish was just beef with broccoli. I don't want beef/broccoli and mixed veggies. I was assured that it was beef and broccoli and paid extra to upgrade my dish. Got my food and sure enough beef..broccoli...carrots and onions. I call to ask and was told this is their beef with broccoli. Ummm no I asked just for beef and broccoli. After many times back and forth on hold (which I feel sorry for the poor girl taking orders) I was told that they can replace the dish but want this one back and it would take 25/30mins to deliver. I mentioned that I would like my family to eat while it's hot and not wait. Basically came down to they should have mentioned that it comes with other veggies. To top it off the chicken balls looked like the turkey from National Lampoon's Christmas. Sad service (not the young lady who took the order, she was very polite) and not great food.
