I ordered from Pizza Pizza through Uber Eats and got a panzerotti, garlic dip, cheesecake, and took advantage of a deal that offered 3 free chicken strips if you spent over $20. The chicken strips never showed up, which was a bit disappointing, but I let it slide since they were free.
What really bothered me was the cheesecake — it cost $9 and came moldy. That’s unacceptable, especially for something that’s supposed to be stored properly and safe to eat. Definitely makes me second guess ordering anything beyond the basics next time.

I placed an order for pizza and picked it up about 20 minutes later. When I got home, I was really disappointed—the pizza was very thin, the crust was hard and almost burnt, and the vegan cheese I had specifically ordered (and always get) was missing.
I called customer service right away, but unfortunately, the experience there was just as frustrating. I was told I could only get a replacement pizza that same evening, but I explained that I couldn’t come back because I had to get up early for work. I asked if I could pick it up the next day instead, but was told no. The only other option was a $10 credit, even though I had paid $22 for the pizza. When I asked to speak with a manager, the same representative came back on the line and said those were the only options.
In the end, I accepted the credit, but as a long-time loyal customer of this location (Queensway and Metro), I was very disappointed with both the quality of the food and the lack of flexibility in resolving the issue.
