Don't know who handles the door dash orders but this is twice now the wait times have been comically large for a pizza joint. If you pre order and pay in person the wait is better however staff is only curt and short, not overly friendly or anything to boast about. Doesn't even have its own phone line, calling goes straight to a call center that wont connect you to the store.
Hopefully this place improves management wise. Not happy

What a horrible experience. I made my order online, waited 15 min, went to pick it up. They were making it when I got there, ok it’s a busy Friday. Wait the 5-10 min get it and go home. My panzo is made wrong and with an ingredient that I have a sensitivity to. I called and had the call centre send the remake in, waited the 10-15 mins and went to pick it up. When I went in and asked about it, the lady said hold on and went to the back, came back out and started making things. After 10 min I asked her about my order and she said she didn’t have it. She went to the back, got my original order receipt, put it on the counter in front of me and went back to making food. After another 10 min I asked again and she said they still didn’t have it! I had to argue with her, the manager and then call corporate to get them involved before they would make my remake!! They just left me standing there twice! Were they just waiting for me to leave? This is ridiculous! And when I called corporate to see what they could do to incentivize me to go back again after the way I was treated they said nothing, and then they called the store and the owner said they are not going to do anything either. Wasted half my night trying to get my dinner and they basically told me I should be happy I got that. I’m so upset I can’t even eat it. Buyer beware.

I ordered from Pizza Pizza through Uber Eats and got a panzerotti, garlic dip, cheesecake, and took advantage of a deal that offered 3 free chicken strips if you spent over $20. The chicken strips never showed up, which was a bit disappointing, but I let it slide since they were free.
What really bothered me was the cheesecake — it cost $9 and came moldy. That’s unacceptable, especially for something that’s supposed to be stored properly and safe to eat. Definitely makes me second guess ordering anything beyond the basics next time.
