Always fresh, always consistent. Pizzaville Keswick does a great job every time — the pizza is hot, the ingredients taste fresh, and the service is friendly and welcoming. Orders are ready on time and made the way you expect, which goes a long way these days. All-around solid spot when you’re craving pizza. Definitely recommend.

I ordered my pizza and was expecting a 45 minute wait, it was amazing that I got it within 25 minutes and it was still extremely hot. It was absolutely delicious and the delivery person was an absolute charm.

The young lady on shift at 9:30pm December 13th was amazing. She answered the phone and dealt with a problem I had and she was very dedicated to figuring it out, she then delivered my food and was very sweet while delivering, and then when I went to eat my food, I burnt my mouth because never did I expected delivery to be so fresh! 100% ordering again and would recommend to all my friends

I had an amazing experience at this Pizzaville location. The service was outstanding from the moment I walked in—fast, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The food was incredibly fresh, from the perfectly baked crust to the high-quality toppings. You can really taste the care that goes into every order. The whole place has a warm, comfortable environment that makes you want to stay and enjoy your meal. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great pizza and even better service!

I wrote a review about this store a couple days ago to complain about my bad experience getting a totally burned pizza last weekend. (And posted a picture)
Before I wrote the review I read some previous comments to see what other people had to say about the quality and service at the store since I had never posted an online review about anything before.
Now 2 days later I just looked to see if I got a response (which I did from the owner apparently) but I also noticed something else that I wasn’t expecting and it shocked and upset me. I almost thought I was crazy.
The same day I posted my review, there were suddenly another 32 more “5 star reviews” posted in 24 hours! These are obviously just made up fake reviews meant to bury mine and hide it. I know this because there were only about 1 or 2 reviews posted every month for like 5 years and now suddenly there are 32 in a day! One of the reviews even mentions the name of an employee who wrote his own 5 star review 2 hours later! What a scam!!!
So I went to the store again with the intention of speaking directly to whoever owns this location nowadays but he/she isn’t there. Honestly there was only a young kid working in the morning and he was very nice so I couldn’t be mean to him.
So after seeing this pathetic attempt to erase my feedback I will be contacting head office because clearly whoever is the new boss in charge of this place is some kind of weirdo more concerned with their online score than actually caring about their customers. The previous owner was a nice guy named Patrick that I would always talk with whenever I picked up my food. The pizza was always really good when he or his manager were there before. But now I think he sold the store after the gas station renovations and the new owner and management (if there is any) has basically ruined the store.
I’ve been ordering pizza here for over 15 years, spent probably thousands of dollars and now absolutely never again. I’m extremely disappointing that this is how they handled this situation. Making up a bunch of pretend reviews to hide the truth about bad food and bad service is really dishonest, sad and insecure.
Go someplace else for better food and much better service. This went from one of the best places to get pizza in Keswick to easily the worst in town! I’m sure they will just make up more fake reviews to try and bury this one like my first one but I will be sure to tell all my friends and family to avoid this place like the plague.

Pizzaville in Keswick is great! The pizza is always fresh and tasty, and the staff are super friendly. They’re quick with orders and the service is always good. One of my favourite spots for pizza!
I went here yesterday morning to grab a slice and literally saw the new owner just vaping in front of the oven right in front of me! He’s a short grey haired guy and sometimes he’s nice and sometimes he very rude. He tried to act like he was doing something else but I saw him take the vape and then try to swallow the smoke when he talked to me. I have seen him messing around on his phone and not washing his hands after handling cash but this is truly a new and disgusting low. Honestly the pizza has gone downhill here since he took over ownership. Half the time my pizza is burnt and it’s not worth flipping a coin if he’s working or someone else. Not going back anymore!
