Honestly, very disappointed with this establishment they have attempted to upsell me on every single item insisting that I get two combos instead of one insisting I get two sides instead of one insisting I add cheese, but I just asked for a regular combo and then giving me the wrong items. I was I. The drive through forever the lady who worked today was just not competent to work at a fast food restaurant, everyone else I have dealt with from here was good but this lady was bad

Nice clean restaurant. Good food and very accommodating when we requested certain details. Mettis (spelt wrong) is the new owner and is fantastic. If you didn't like them in the past, give them another try.

Ordered a 4 piece combo through Skip and all of the chicken was cold, rubbery and black on the inside with a really fowl taste and odour. Was happy to see this location back open but this was the last time I go there.

I saw the now open sign, my son and I thought we would do a drive through order. Although the wait for the food was a little longer than I had anticipated, service was excellent and the food was hot, fresh, crispy, juicy. Good job to the NEW management! We will be returning :)

I’m super thrilled Popeyes in Keswick has reopened up! The long wait was worth it, didn’t want to spend my money on other fried chicken franchises. The food is amazing as always and the customer service is phenomenal!
