She was very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care from the moment we sat down. Our orders were accurate and she checked in at just the right times. We went for dinner New Years Eve at 530. Service was not as good as it usually is and food was below usual standards. My fries were not hot and tasted heated up. My sister's chicken was burnt. Had to ask 3 times for water, was not offered desert just the bill. This was not the good experience that we usually have at Swiss Chalet.
