Went here for dinner at 6:30, the restaurant was not that busy. We were able to order drinks quickly but the server didn’t come back for over 15 minutes to take our food order. After 45 minutes of waiting, and seeing two tables who came in after us receive their food, we asked the server if our order was coming and were told it was almost ready. It was still another 20 minutes before our food came out. We finished and asked for a box, the plates were cleared and we waited another 15 minutes for the bill. The server kept blaming a busy night for the delays however the restaurant didn’t really have that many people.

Absolutely fantastic service! We came on a busy Saturday night and although there was a little bit of a wait (understandably so for a weekend night), the hostess was sure to keep us abreast of how much longer we'd have to wait.
And our waitress, Kaitlyn, was amazing! Despite having to deal with a large table of 20 guests, she was attentive to my smaller table of 5 persons. She checked on us regularly and also ensured to have a quick chat with my young child to make her feel welcome. She was pleasant and a nice change of pace to the service we are accustomed to at other local restaurants in Keswick.
We will be coming back again soon!

Yesterday I went there with my brothers and there was an old lady taking order. We order something to eat and when our food comes it was cold. I told that old lady, food is cold, I want warm. She said if you want to eat then eat otherwise leave our place. She was very rude and she said you have to pay but we didn’t even eat anything because it was cold. I don’t like their service.
