I went for lunch with a group of coworkers and had a fantastic experience thanks to our server, Jen. She was very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care from the moment we sat down. Our orders were accurate and she checked in at just the right times. She really helped make our lunch relaxed and enjoyable. Excellent service — we’ll definitely be back!

We went for dinner New Years Eve at 530. Service was not as good as it usually is and food was below usual standards. My fries were not hot and tasted heated up. My sister's chicken was burnt. Had to ask 3 times for water, was not offered desert just the bill.

Jessica and Kaitlyn were fantastic tonight, big warm welcome when I came in with my mom, lovely service, great conversation with the girls and food came out quick. After years of not eating at Swiss Chalet, tonight definitely reminded me why I used to love it so much!
