Looks like things have gone downhill over the past 2 years since they opened. The Shawn bowl was not fresh and the shwarama wrap was soggy and had some off-putting taste. Chicken didn't seem like it was off the spit anymore as it was grisly and chunky. Unfortunate.
Pleasantly surprised by the how fresh and tasty everything was. Place is clean and looks like they are actually using their meat spit.
Couple of misses though. Falafel was overcooked and very greasy and the Samosas while tasty, are tiny. Also forgot to put fries in my chicken shawarma which I was looking forward to.
If they can keep this up, I will definitely be back.

The serving time to order and receive your food is atrocious!!!!! The first incident, I walked in just after another consumer, store was empty with 1 server. I had to wait 30mins to order my food because they were having trouble processing a $100 gift card the customer wanted to pay with. Not once did the employee think to take my order and go back to the solving the problem. Zero compensation for my time.
Second incident I was 15 min wait today backed up orders because of one serve working. Time management it's insane, But the food is good.

Had the brisket bowl, No flavour, rice was dry and had little meat. It was a let down. The wife had the shawarma wrap and said it was decent.
My opinion is stick to the wraps, avoid the bowls.

The food is good and the guy working there was trying his best, but having only one person work there does not make sense. Be ready to wait for a long time for your food. They should have two people working not one person. Other than that, everything else was good.

Good overall, can be better. The fries aren’t the best here. We called for the Jerk chicken bowl, the pineapple is a good addition to it. Piyush, was a great help! Pretty quick with his service.

Delightful wraps and bowls. Got the halloumi wrap and substituted out the onions because I can't eat them. It was perfectly toasted all around and delicious. My partner got the habibi bowl and inhaled it despite being "not hungry". ? Wish I'd made it a point to stop by sooner.
