I don’t know what’s been going on recently, but I get a Vanilla iced coffee, almost every single day, and for the last week they have been tasting awful. It’s like they’re not even putting any Cream in it or vanilla syrup.

I love this Tim Hortons good cooked foods. Some other ones don't cook the bacon enough. Great tasting coffee ☕️ 😋 Friendly staff and service. Yes, it's a busy location. So be patient. They're doing their best. With the staff working.

This is the closest Tim Hortons to me so I go here pretty much everyday. The service is always good, the workers there are friendly and efficient and quick in the morning. Lisa and Valda are usually who I get in the drivethru and they are always so nice, they smile and say hi to my daughter and they've even given her a gift before for Xmas.

The morning crew during the week is the reason I’m giving them 5 stars. They move the drive thru line up quickly and Lisa who gives us our drinks in the morning is probably the reason for the smoothness! Wish you can clone the morning crew for the other shifts!

This location is my daily morning stop, even with the drive-through line wrapped around the store I’ve never waited more than 5 to 7 minutes. The staff is always friendly and personable.

Horrible drive through service. Thry told me after waiting in line once i got to window that they were out if a staple breakfast item. Rude employee taking orders. Couldn't be bother to take my order the way I wanted it. I left and drove down the street to get my order else where..

Yesterday I had the unpleasant experience of watching the shift supervisor, Lisa, belittle team members. I, like every other customer watching, was made to feel immensely uncomfortable and concerned for the employees due to Lisa’s passive aggressive remarks, and outwardly degrading behaviour.

While I can understand that it can be a stressful environment, and that we all have bad days; Lisa’s attitude towards her fellow employees and her disrespectful, unprofessional, and condescending language is concerning to me. I left feeling bad for the employees working under her, and it made for an uncomfortable customer experience.

Coaching team members should not take place on the floor, and at the very least should be done in a kind and respectful way. Lisa did not do ether.

In the first instance I witnessed this behaviour exhibited by Lisa, she was reprimanding the employee taking my order for her speed and that she had asked her to do something else. I attempted to diffuse the situation by politely apologizing and explaining to her that the team members was taking a while to place my order because I had a large order for my entire staff team, and that I had specifically requested her assistance with it after I was welcomed into the location by this employee. It was my fault this employee was taking time to enter the order, not the employees. As for her helping me instead of doing the task assigned by Lisa, again my fault. As a customer I was unaware and I walked up to this employee and asked for her help with my large order as she had smiled a greeted me as I walked through the door while she was working. This employee, was in the middle of providing exceptional service when we were rudely interrupted mid-conversation by Lisa’s yelling.

Lisa’s response to me attempting to explain that it was my fault that it was taking a while: she scoffed as she dramatically turned her back to me, and blatantly ignored me. The entire experience was uncomfortable, and unprofessional. Lisa was rude, and her behaviour was inappropriate towards both the staff member and myself.

While it put a bad taste in my mouth, I simply shrugged it off. As I waited for my order to be prepared, however; I witnessed Lisa belittle yet another staff member on a personal level over said employees competence, and she continued to scowl and raise her voice at other team members. This behaviour was exhibited three or four times in the moments that I was waiting for my order. The other two customers and I were looking at each other with utter shock and disbelief. It have never witnessed this level of unprofessionalism and disrespect towards others at any workplace.

To say I am disappointed and concerned would be an understatement. I hope that all of the team members are okay and I would implore the franchise owners to investigate. I hope that she was just having a bad day and that she treats her team with dignity in other instances; however, I feel compelled to speak up after today’s experience. It was bad. The behaviour she exhibited is not appropriate, kind, or reasonable in the slightest.

Thank you to Jessica for being friendly, polite, and for staying calm and professional as we were being yelled at and continuously interrupted by Lisa. Jessica apologized as she could see how uncomfortable I was, and she kept her composure and professionalism in tact throughout the entire situation. Thank you to Jessica for providing exceptional service, especially during such an uncomfortable and extreme circumstance.

Be careful what you eat from this location!! I have brought it to the managers attention and I was told I would receive a $20 gift card in the mail months ago and have yet to receive it. I’ve contacted the store as well as the Guest Care team several times since and have been ignored every time.
