I strictly told her only add 5 ice cubes in my vanilla ice latte. First she gave me ice tea and said this is latte then young girl came told her its tea not latte. After this she gave me latte with full of ice cubes.the taste was not the same.it was totally watery and Now my throat is gone.

It’s a good Tim Hortans but truly it is consistently theee slowest drive thru I’ve been through. Maybe cuz it’s always busy or maybe because the staff it slow. Couldn’t tell. But it’s consistent.

Sorry were out. Went to try a Ryans Srambled egg box. Looks like at 8am they are out if eggs. Staff doesnt seem to know what thier doing. Had to repeat myself several times and they still almost got it wrong but I was able to correct them. Ended up just having drinks.

On December 7, 2024 from 10:20 AM to 1040. Management needs to Check in-store camera to see how poor and slow the services was inside. 20 people lined out the door. Slowest ever. Drive thru wasn’t very busy. Thank you

Neither they have enough stuff, worst customer service, getting mad, angry and screaming on customer for thier faults and not having stuff, won't call in the manager when asked, rudest people working in staff. Most insane and bizzare service in the industry of food line. And won't even accept their own mistake and will scream on people for coming in to buy stuff. Like i should be sorry for coming in.
