A/C is apparently broken and the have no grill for almost a year!! Worst location in town for sure
We ordered from this establishment via DoorDash. The food was fine but there was clearly no pride taken by the employees packing it for delivery. Donuts were smashed together. We ordered three of the same drinks and they all looked completely different and were shoved inside the bag with the food, getting whipped cream on everything. Very disappointing having to explain to my kids why the weekend treat they were hoping for looked like garbage.
Very disappointed with my experience at this Tim Hortons location. The staff were rude and poorly managed. One of the cash registers was closed with no sign, and I stood waiting with no assistance while the person handling orders was also trying to prepare them—clearly overwhelmed.
Meanwhile, another customer was served ahead of me from the second cash register, completely ignoring that I had been waiting. The manager was present but rather than stepping in to help, she acted rudely and appeared more focused on pretending to be busy than actually managing the situation.
It’s unfortunate to see such disorganized operations and lack of basic customer service at a well-known brand like Tim Hortons.
It’s my daily ritual — that first sip of Tim Hortons coffee makes everything better.
Always we are here after doing groceries in freshco, I like it, people who work here are polite and patient !
Broken latte machines with no fix for weeks

I always order a large green tea with a peppermint tea bag and 2 sugar 1 cream, most locations give me a hard time about it and I’ve even had some employees at some locations give some serious attitude. It’s fine I get it’s not the typical Tim Hortons order but I prefer Tims over Starbucks for a multitude of reasons…
I’ve been coming to this one for a few weeks since I work in the area, and after only 3 times serving me, Barb knows my order and was totally respectful of it!
I was shocked, it was incredible customer service, I’d never felt so appreciative of a Tims employee in my life. I’ve come to this location countless times through my life as I’m a raised Keswickian, but never once till now did they ever give me an interaction that made me want to give a positive review. Don’t know if that speaks for general standards of Tims, but Barb is holding the crown.
This is the standard of service that Tims should shoot for, she is setting it. 💯🙏
I ordered 2 coffees and it not only took 10 minutes to make but they also tasted awful and where made incorrect
Honestly they need too rethink they’re staff…. Slow can’t handle challenges / 4 customers ordering at once took 10 minutes for 2 mid ice coffees I’d rather throw my money in the garbage then continue going too this place

The lady on drive through and her friend are so rude!
They laughed at me for reading the coupon to her for an item I’ve never ordered before.
Then when I said to her “ ok sorry I’ve never ordered this before”, she let an ugh out and said bacon or sausage!
I ordered a bagel BELT, I assumed the b after bagel was for “bacon”.
I should have drove away without the order but I was starving as this was my first meal at lunch!

I've never seen ruder employees in my entire life. They never get my order, right? They give me and my children a hard time. I ordered there daily because I honestly don't have an alternative. I would say, eighty percent of the employees are ignorant disrespectful.The bathrooms are always discussing.And if I had a choice I would definitely go somewhere else and not give them my business.I do not recommend this location to anybody.

Standard tim Hortons, certainly not the cleanest one I've visited and the dine in area is uncomfortable, kind of like the chairs in elementary school at best
