I went to get my breakfast, I ordered a hot chocolate, along with my food, when I got to work I found out they gave me a coffee which I can't drink because I have allergies when it comes to caffeine.

I love this place? especially their cream cheese and bagle and they have great service but sometimes they are very slow like when I was in a drive thru the car took so long so it was the people they were not hurrying up. But anyways I love this location ❤️

Had an amazing farmers wrap on the weekend. Best one ive had since they switched from the red carboard wrapping. It was wrapped so well. Also had a coffee and Donut, which was the best fluffiest Tim's donut. Finally, a Tims location with edible food. The guy was chill too, good job to those working this sat around noon.

Lovely staff and lots of smiles. Shift supervisor on afternoons Amy was very kind with my order and made me feel welcome. Besides all the drugs in their unlocked public bathroom, the atmosphere was great.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp

Honestly, the whole corporation cares more about Drive-Thru times than, what matters like quality, the coffee not being burnt, the cream and sugar machines being full so your coffee tastes right. Then in Toronto they tried pizza? Have you lost the plot, BK? Sounds about right, introducing something needlessly that's worse than a microwaved item you can keep in your freezer at home, ready to go, all the while the core of the problem isn't being addressed. Right on, American Corporate Overlords! ?. The locations in this town in particular suffer from half the town being fat greedy retirees/ near retirees who clog up the Drive-Thru knowing full well the staff can't keep up, and that's not to let them off the hook either. The owner is also a complacent piece of work, mysoginist, manipulative, uppity, self entitled and has little to no knowledge of labor laws. I'd love to know how many times he's been sued. There's definitely a reason he lost his other location. You thought the teenagers were bad, go meet this guy, the world owes him apparently.

Worst Tim hortons in Ontario I’ve ever been to. I try to give them benefit of the doubt but genuinely it’s bad. A few of the older staff are amazing and probably the only reason I still attempt with this place. The debit machine never works, ok fine, but I just went through the drive through (keep in mind I buy Tim’s 2-5 times a DAY!) these ladies see me everyday, I speak to them , I’m kind, I bring my doggo through the drive thru to cheer them up when I can. I worked in food too, people suck. But today was an experience I’d love to share with the corporate Tim’s people. Tim’s used to be very focused on being proudly Canadian and kind, hockey focused and just true neighbourhood pride and communities were a priority. The debit machine stopped working WHILE I had already ordered, I got two XL coffees which is over 5$ and ridiculous as is but I digress, I had no other payment except random change. I waited 2 mins literally searching my entire car and floor mats .. I’ve never not an employee just say go, it’s our fault( the systems fault ) so just go, then put up the damn sign for the 37 time this week. Come on guys. I hate to have to be rude but I handed the girl 4.05 $ and then eventually said like I’m here every single day and you cant help me out. It was like a 1.10. Anyway, your staff don’t make enough to deal with as$holes and I’m truly not that person, however use common courtesy when your machines are down and you have not informed your customers yet and let me go with 2 coffees. My bill was not 36$. Cmon guys. I know that at the end of the day the girl was just frazzled, and it’s not even on her but just genuine training in the place is atrocious. Honestly since Covid, prices tripled and staff hate their lives, quality of food and everything else has gone down and at the end of the day, if you still have nice customers coming 2-3 times a day, maybe give them a break

On Monday, September 4th we got really bad experience at this location. It was around 11 am. Me and my friend with our kids went trough drive through, lady who was taking our order was extremely rushing and just abruptly cut in the middle of our order, assuming we we’re done!!! We had to wait, and then continued ( of course it caused a huge line up behind ). She also forgot one of the drinks. At the window, she was giving us weird aggressive looks, made us extremely uncomfortable ( she was dark hair and wore hair covering). It felt like she was ready to fight . Honestly, we were so shocked with this attitude and it affect our day.I live in this area, but will never come back. This person should not be working with customers, period.

This store is my go too for Tim Hortons. I don’t understand the training that goes on in these stores. The floors are always littered. The table tops are not wiped and when I asked one of the employees she came out with a dry cloth. You don’t understand how I had to bite my tongue and not say something. I worked in the restaurant business so I know what is expected from the staff. I have written about this before. Also the public washrooms are just as disgusting. Where are the managers that work here, they are the ones that are supposed to teach the staff and keep on them to do the job properly. The Tim Hortons stores I am referring to are the ones located at 708 Queensway south and 443 Queensway south/ Glenwoods.Parking: Going through the drive through the garbage cans are disgusting, the ordering kiosk is always dirty with bird poo, the walls going up to the window is the same. Disgusting.

I will not support your camp day if I cannot use my earned points. This policy makes zero sense and you're telling me that my points are no good on this day. Even though it sounds like a great cause I will go to McDonald's on this day instead.

After reading all these reviews I though about the time I got chili from this Tim Hortons I was sick at the time and I thought it would help me feel better. I ended up getting food poisoning on top of the illness I already had. Not a fun experience, still recovering to this day. Good chili tho.
