I asked the staff if I could bring my little dog inside by hand, and they gave me a thumbs-up. After I brought my dog in, their manager came over, raised her voice at me in front of everyone, and my friends asked me to leave. I understand the policy, or even it might have been my misunderstanding but I believe she could have handled the situation with more respect. I hope Tim Hortons trains their managers to provide better quality service.

This is my 4/5th time getting my Farmers Wrap incorrect. I always order Egg/Cheese Farmers Wrap and only at this location I have to check my order first cause there is always sausage. Very annoying.
