This is the second time I've been to this location in the last month and both times the food has been delicious. Both times the fries were fresh and hot. We special-ordered our burgers both times and the order was correct. The burgers were hot, delicious and cooked perfectly and all the toppings were fresh!

In the past, I have had difficulty in getting the order that I wanted at the drive thru at the Keswick location. Today I decided to try the app in an effort to improve accuracy but again had an issue. I drove up to the window for some help where it was calmly explained to me that lunch wasn’t being served for another 20 minutes yet, so the app wouldn’t process my order.

It's Wendy's. As with any fast food the owners tend to understaff them. That said, the employees working, while overburdened, were very polite. The food is the same quality as any other Wendy's.
