Went to the restaurant at 11:50 (restaurant is open until 2:00 on fridays) and staff said they were closing because they were “slow”. This was never posted online and I had to take an uber to the store. 1/5

Wings? Unreal. Fries? A heartbreak.
Wild Bill’s still has the best wings in town — no contest. But those new battered fries? Buddy… c’mon.
You had the perfect fry — those thick, crispy, plank-style beauties — and swapped them for something that tastes like a bad fairground experiment.
Do the right thing. Bring back the real fries and I’ll bump this to 5 stars faster than you can say “extra ranch.”

We had to wait an hour for our meals because the kitchen was backed up with online orders, there should be a better way to handle this since the people who actually visit the restaurant have to wait while online orders are the priority.
