Take out only but my club meets & eats there once a month. The buffet they present is always very good. At our last meeting due to crossed wires they weren't expecting us they put up a great buffet for 40 people in 45min..
Not sure if the restaurant section is open. Door was locked. Take out window looks like it was kicked out.In any case the quality of the food was ok.In Kincardine there is not much choice when you want Chinese. I understand that it is under new ownership.We may go back but not likely this year.

While the restaurant from outside looks like a very cheap place, the food was surprisingly very good. The hot and sour soup was rich and tasty, as well as shrimp-mushroom and the beef with veggies.
