Wow! What can I say? Jack was absolutely phenomenal as our server. He was attentive to detail and we were a party of 9 - he accommodated our entire family with a smile and promptness. All was exceptional! Thanks for a great experience

Absolutely outstanding food and service. Calamari appetizer & entrees were great, as was the Caesar salad. Veal parm was great and a huge potion! Enough for leftovers. Tiramisu was also great. Free parking behind restaurant. Clean washrooms. HIGHLY recommended. (Their Yonge St Aurora location is also outstanding!)

We have been coming to Locale in Aurora for over a decade. It has been our favourite Italian restaurant in the GTA. We have celebrated our son's graduation here, to mourning my mothers passing here. Last month my wife and I came here for lunch, as they have great lunch specials. Their food, as always, is amazing. Our server Andrea was great. Right up until we received our bill. We were charged regular prices instead of the lunch special prices. I unfortunately didn’t realize the mistake until after I had given her a tip and paid for the bill. We let her know, and she went to correct the mistake. She refunded our bill and gave us the correct bill to which I paid along with giving her a tip for the new bill. We realized she had refunded our original bill but not the original tip. She advised she did completed the full refund and said to check our statement to confirm. The next day we checked and confirmed she didn’t process the total refund as she kept the original tip. I had gone back to have this corrected as we had double tipped. One of the employees called the manager and told me the manager would contact me later in the afternoon.
**UPDATE**
We had receivied a call from the manager Roman, who apologized, and advised they would like to make things right as they value customer service, and offered us a gift card, which was more than the tip amount. We appreciated the call, and will definitely go back, as they are our favourite Italian restaurant.

Always been my go to spot! Food is always incredible. Service can be slow depends on the server you get. Some areas of this restaurant are incredible loud: especially downstairs; you need to look into some acoustic paneling or something to help with the noise: music levels are also so low that it doesn’t drown out anything and all you hear is talking.

Had an amazing experience at Locale King City. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, upscale, and welcoming with the perfect balance of elegance and comfort. The food was absolutely outstanding — every dish was beautifully presented, packed with flavor, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The pasta was cooked perfectly, the pizza had incredible freshness and texture, and the cocktails were just as impressive.

What really made the night stand out was the service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely taken care of throughout the entire evening. You can tell this place takes pride in creating a full dining experience, not just serving great food.

Whether it’s for a date night, family dinner, or celebration, Locale King City is definitely one of the best spots in the area. Can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu. Highly recommend!
