Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We were there at 6:30 and she seemed pissed off and told us there would be a 10 minute wait because it's close to closing time (7pm). No problem. Proceed to wait 20 minutes. No problem. I st down and notice a piece of brown lettuce. I open the sandwich up and all 5 pieces of lettuce are brown and one was black. $16 dollars for rancid lettuce. Put it on a napkin and took it back to the counter. Got blank stares. Very disappointed. Will not go back again. It looked dirty on the counter. There is definitely very little quality and control there. GROSS!

If I want to order chicken it should not take 20 min to get a chicken sandwich and then be refused because they close. This place is horrible shut it down….

All Popeyes in the USA have honey for the biscuits, but not here.. they’ve never heard of it.

Lunch time and have no chicken and its not busy, 2 people in line laughed and left.

.. I just came home from here and I'm annoyed because instead of getting a regular chicken sandwich + mini chicken, I got 2 mini chicken instead. I essentially just got ripped off of $8. And it's not like it was busy whatsoever...

Please, can you have the employees read the orders carefully? I didn't pay $14+tax for 2 minis for my bf
The wait was also long as they didn't have enough fresh chicken to serve.

INSANELY slow. Ordered a standard 5 piece tender with no other orders in progress for the workers, and had to wait 15 minutes. What is going on??

Check everything before you get it, even if there are no other customers. They chuck a bag at you with no manners, we got a lot of gravy today and two piece of chicken - no fries or potatoes and the rest stop had no other Popeyes customers, and was nearly empty overall. This isn’t the first issue we have had there but I have always attributed errors and lack of service to busy lines, that just doesn’t seem to be the case after all.

Great service. The manager was clearly hands-on and attentive, checking in with both staff and customers to ensure everything was going smoothly. Surely gonna visit again here.

It was a good experience for us,I ordered chicken with bones which was so tasty & generous portion.I ordered second time in Popeyes but they nailed it as always. Recommended franchise😋

Arguably the best chicken sandwich I’ve had from any Popeyes. Could use more staff during busy hours though.
