My kids food was okay, but the Nashville crispy chicken burger was disgusting. It was covered in a fishy tasting/smelling red oil. If that is supposed to be spicy Nashville glaze, A&W needs to rethink their recepies. It tasted like the oil from the fries though, which tastes like it hasn't been changed for many months. Overall not an appetizing experience.

Absolutely loved my experience at A&W in downtown Kingston! I ordered dinner for takeout, and it was outstanding. A special shoutout to the incredible team—Jickson, Jockson, Aslam, and Sandeep—who provided exceptional service. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. The food was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a great meal and top-notch service!

I would give 1 star for service because I can't give a 0. Their service is so bad. We've been waiting for our order for 30 minutes (we have 6 ala carte order) and we only got the 4 out of it because our bus will leave for a tour. The crew whose making the food in not wearing gloves as well.
