This A&W location impressed me with its quick service. My group's order was prepared efficiently, and the food arrived hot and fresh. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining experience. Terrible service from this location.

You are 100% guaranteed a 5+ minute wait for some reason at this location. Not sure if they're being directed to cook to order, but it defeats the premise of fast food.

The older supervisor who is generally very rude announced loudly when myself and a few other guests entered "there's gonna be a wait on everything"

The owner seriously needs to manage this location much better and re-train the entire staff.

The burger was hot, and the cheese melted perfectly. Lettuce was crisp, and the tomato was ripe. Cool condiments and a warm bun made a perfect hamburger. A frosty mug of refillable root beer made the meal complete.
The manager Vincy even inquired about my meal.
2 thumbs up. I'll be back.

The burger was awesome, really. Fresh tomato and lettuce. The bun was warm! And that's good.
Just enough of the wet stuff. But the burger?fabulous. Fresh and hot!
From now on, it's AandW for me.

Today about 2:pm in A&W I
asked the Indian girl who works here to give me a empty
glass for my drink, but she started checking in front of me whether I had drink with order or not. Did not give me glass then I walked away without drink I felt very embarrassed in that time .. pls give them proper customer service training.. thank you
