The signage for lemonade is horrible. The self-serve machine serves lemon ice-tea, but it looks like regular lemonade. Regular lemonade is an upcharge, making the experience negative for consumers who want lemonade.

While trying to find a seat, I noticed most of the tables were very dirty. Only two tables were occupied other than mine, and there were no customers other than those. It was not busy at all. I managed to find a clean table that was intended as Wheelchair-accessible seating. I then heard an employee behind me asking a customer where he'd like to sit. While the customer was getting their beverage, the employee carried the tray over to a table that was obviously filthy, set it down and walked away. I then witnessed the customer sit down expressing disgust as he began wiping the crumbs off the table with napkins. Lazy and disgusting staff! I will not eat at a restaurant that has no standards when it comes to hygiene and cleanliness.

I got a masala veggie burger on 6 march around 10:35, recieved cold fries, burger was without onions, requested for ketchup in bag. No ketchup provided. If manager is reading this kindly improve your service at nights. Thanks

Came to drive Thru on friday 11:20pm, as it says both on the window and online that they close at 1:00 am, and they have turned the lights off completely and non functioning. Lazy early night?
Worst experience ever, drove six kilometers to pick up the order and they said store is closed, so how did you accept the order if you are closed.

Took over 15 mins to get our order even after sending a mobile order 15 mins ahead of time and they don’t give any napkins even though I ordered 3 burgers. Very slow and poor service.

Disappointed that the frozen root beer machine has not worked for 8 months. All summer long ! Should remove the pictures from drive thru that advertise they sell those. Wasn’t able to get one from this location all summer long .
