Took over 15 mins to get our order even after sending a mobile order 15 mins ahead of time and they don’t give any napkins even though I ordered 3 burgers. Very slow and poor service.

Disappointed that the frozen root beer machine has not worked for 8 months. All summer long ! Should remove the pictures from drive thru that advertise they sell those. Wasn’t able to get one from this location all summer long .

This A&W location is absolutely disgusting. Last night the staff dropped my fries on the counter, scooped them up with bare hands, and tried to serve them to me. When I demanded fresh fries, they pretended to replace them but just handed me back the same cold, dusty fries. I only noticed after I paid and already drove off. That kind of dishonesty is unacceptable.
The burger was just as bad..lukewarm with slimy, rotten vegetables. It’s clear there is zero regard for food safety, hygiene, or basic respect for customers here. Eating at this place feels like gambling with food poisoning. Management should be ashamed, and customers should avoid this location at all costs.

All newly redecorated. Staff are friendly and efficient. The division street A&W has coney sauce which we love. Other locations took it off their menus. Division street location Kingston is the only one I stop at bc they offer coney sauce.
