Tonight they forgot to put the mushrooms on my son's Burger but they promptly corrected it by making them a whole new fresh one! The manager even delivered the new burger to our table! Amazing!!!

Burgers are really good, plus they offer root beer which is delicious. Fries are ok, but onion rings are amazingService is good as always!
Staff is friendly, quick prompt service to get your order. Great to talk to as well. Meal is served to you nice and warm not like most places where it is kept under the heating lamp while waiting for the last portion of your meal to be ready. Nothing but good experiences at this location for a first time visit this evening.
I love their burgers. Today I went for a chubby chicken burger. The lettuce in it was all brown, like really bad. Just wonder how a person putting the burger together would choose to use it and think it's alright???

Slow service and my egg in my breakfast sandwich was so oily and greasy that it left a puddle.Returned for dinner a couple days later. I could see into the kitchen from the front counter. My burger patties were carefully selected from a drawer full of them. Disgusting. It was 30 mins before the mall closed. I waited in the food court until close, no one else ordered A&W after I did. So are those garbage now, or tomorrow's lunch?

We ordered food for 3 .my gf and her sons order were correct my order was 100% wrong . I ordered 2 pappa burgers with cheese and bacon with just onion mustard and ketchup when we got home with the food there was 1 little piece of bacon on 1 of the burgers none on the other there was mayo or what ever sauce they use no must or ketchup ..U would figure at the price we pay the order would be checked before its bagged for takeout .i love a and w but will not order from this location again as i work to hard to waste money on an order that was not correct
