Review today based solely on the customer experience and reliability of the hours listed. We have been customers for a long time and have experienced the discrepancies between hours listed and then not being open during that time or little notes saying back in 5 when in reality we waited 20 minutes etc. we obviously enjoy the ice cream as we’ve been back a bunch of times but today was extremely disappointing in the response from our visit. Hours posted outside of the store say open at noon today. So we get there at almost 2, it’s not open, another gentleman had been waiting a while and told us he had been waiting as well. So we call, there is no note on the door but the hours at the store and online (google) both say open at noon. My partner got a call back on our way home saying they don’t open until 3… it would have been nice to have your business sign and google hours reflect what you said rather than feeling as if we inconvenienced you by calling. We wouldn’t have driven across town or wasted your time calling had it been correctly listed.
