Food was excellent! Service was on another level...the staff catered to our every needs without us needing to ask for anything! Were very polite and didn't invade our space they knew the exact moment to come in! A special thanks to Duncan who took extra care of us! The only thing I can say could be better was the size of my tenderloin but then again maybe its just me. Would not hesitate to eat there again and would recommend to friends and family!

Great restaurant with a lovely view of the water. Our hostess Olivia and our waiter Duncan were outstanding. Courteous, attentive, right in sync with us. The food was outstanding as it always is. Minor annoyance with loud very opinionated table neighbours. No fault of staff. All in all an enjoyable experience as always.

When in Kingston, breakfast at AquaTerra is a must. I got the eggs Benedict with a side of bacon and some coffee. This restaurant is ideally located with amazing Waterview, making it a very relaxed setting. The service was great and the food was delicious. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in town.

The food is fabulous (expensive but worth the money). The view is fabulous. And the customer service even more fabulous. Big shout out to Duncan who managed our large group (12) with great attention and patience. Plating some of the mains between couples which we really appreciated and enjoyed. Recommend the Avocado & Beet Salad, Seafood Tortellini and a MUST the sticky toffee pudding.

Despite the waiter checking for mustard in the food, my daughter had an allergic reaction severe enough that we had to leave to treat the allergy and would not come back due to the risk. They could not identify the problem so we can only think it was cross-contamination in the kitchen. Unfortunately, however good the restaurant is, we would not risk coming back and suggest people with mustard allergies take precautions in this restaurant. This is not a reflection on the serving staff who were very careful but then initially dismissive of our concerns.
