We came with high expectations by bringing our friends from the USA with this unfortunate experience where we were treated with high headed women named Sierra at Aqua Terra Delta hotel at downtown Kingston Ontario, The incidence where we just asked a question “do we have a table next to window?” The reply was “no we don’t” wait Is one hr with expressions with no smile and blunt harsh attitudes, next line comes with the same harsh way and “0” smile “ do you want to wait or not?’ Which customer would like to wait and enjoy the dinner after that? However, Thankful to the manger lady who was kind to us and apologized. If this is the front desk, let’s forget about hospitality. Sorry to be honest l, will never recommend anyone going through this experience and visit this restaurant. CC Google

Breakfast at Aqua Terra was simply delightful! The waffles came out perfectly crisp, topped with fresh berries, a light dusting of powdered sugar, and just the right touch of syrup; both beautiful and delicious. The coffee was smooth and rich, and the whole meal felt fresh and well-prepared.
The atmosphere is calm with a nice view, making it a perfect spot to start the day. Staff were welcoming and attentive, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quality breakfast in the city!

Food absolutely fantastic again! Parking was a pain. No reservations meant sitting on Muskoka chairs even though plenty of patio tables were available. Reason for not allowing me to park or sit at a table: in case a hotel guest wants to park or sit we leave them extra seats and parking. Ok fine

Took my fiancé here for his birthday. It's my first experience at a fine dining establishment. The service of the waiter was friendly and accommodating. The food was fantastic! We both ordered the ribeye, it was the best steak either one of us had ever had. 10/10 experiences on all fronts. They had a handwritten happy birthday card for my fiancé, dessert was on the house on a beautiful marble slab with happy birthday written in strawberry sauce. The view was exceptional aswell. Highly recommend!

Our server was very friendly and efficient. Our wine was perfectly chilled and a wine bucket was next to our table for ease. The meals were excellent. It was my husband's birthday and there was a hand written card on our table from the staff when we arrived. We also received a complimentary dessert. Beautiful waterfront view.
