We made reservations for my sister's birthday. I must say all of the positive reviews don't do this place justice. From the cozy seating, simple but refined menu, absolutely delicious appetizers, mains and desserts, comfortable, relaxing ambiance and we can't forget the service. Our server Marco was very friendly, funny, accommodating and helpful. He made us feel very welcome. And we can't forget our mixologist Abby who made the most amazing drinks for us and left a memorable experience with my nephew who will never forget this visit. Hope to see you all again when we visit Kingston. We highly recommend this gem.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Aqua tonight! Thank you to the chefs who prepared us ceasar salad, the scallop plate, the lobster ravioli dish and finishing off with the pumpkin cheesecake! They were all delicious. Generous portions, tasted great and looked beautiful. Top this off with our friendly and most helpful server Tyson; we couldn’t have asked for better!

I wanted to book my Dads 80th birthday dinner at the restaurant. I asked if they could accommodate dinner for 9. Someone responded to my first email asking if the could call me. Yes! I received no call and no response to my three other emails. Very disappointed. I ended up booking the dinner and overnight stay at the Holiday Inn /Wharf and Feather, who responded to my request promptly.

We came to celebrate our anniversary, made notes of it in our reservation and when asked by our server. Not sure why, nothing special provided or done for the evening. Prix Fixe menu was a decent deal, and the ribeye was good, but to be honest, it was overly salty. We were a little shocked that bread wasn't provided, but cost $8. Overall, a decent meal, but for 2 cocktails, bread, 1 soup, 1 dessert and 2 mains, we found $200 to be a little hefty. Food was good, but comparable to what we would get at The Keg for a lower price. Gald to have tried it, but likely won't return.

Best steak I've had in years. Cooked perfectly and the gravy was divine. From the parking guy to the waitress the service here is the best in Kingston. The ambiance is great and you can't beat the view.

My husband & I had a great experience at Aqua Terra, The food was exceptional and the table by the window was perfect, the time between arriving, ordering, receiving the food and clearing away was spot on! Our server was Steve and he was incredibly professional, fun and efficient - pricy but worth it!

Consistently great service every time we dine there. Food is exceptional! Beautiful view of the Kingston harbour especially in the spring, summer and fall. It would be nice to have live dinner music on weekends, example would be a pianist, guitar or a violinist. Parking is an issue, especially on weekends.
Trevor our waiter was 10/10. He helped us choose a wine that we liked. He made meal suggestions that were appropriate. My wife has an onion allergy that was appropriately dealt with. Unfortunately my steak arrived cold and the pepper grinder did not function. By the time our waiter dealt with the cold steak and broken pepper grinder my wife was finished her meal. We let the manger know. Her response was “well those things happen”. Our meals with a bottle of wine was near $200.

AquaTerra has been our Valentine's Day and our Wedding Anniversary destination for the past six years. The meals and the service have always been good. The service staff and waiters and waitresses have always been exemplary. We are looking forward to return visits.

The selected menu was exceptional and our steaks were cooked to our specifications. Service was prompt and friendly, the courses were presented at the right interval. The ambience was good with an excellent view of the harbour. The noise level was relatively quiet allowing easy conversation. An excellent venue for our Valentine's dinner.
