A quick bite to eat in K-Town before heading home I can't remember last time I ate at Arby's it was pretty decent & lots of meat and very messy cheese sauce lol, curly fries curd and gravy had a nice taste. Lots of food for two and leftovers for around 35 dollars

I get my order messed up on a daily when I come to Arby’s I called twice to complain about there not being cheese put on my roast beef sandwich am told they will give me a free meal so I returned the next day when I pull up to the window after saying my order very clear so they can understand cause this seems to be a problem this very rude unprofessional manager is saying I’m lying about them messing up my order witch I certainly was not she has horrible customer service skills and walked away from the drive threw window making me wait then says she doesn’t want my service anymore well that’s totally fine there are plenty of places to eat then another employee hands me my food finally and what do you know they messed it up right then and there I get a fairly simple order I sent a report to head office so I hope sumthing done about this
