First of all, I would like to say that I appreciate this place; it has the best coffee in downtown and pleasant staff. BUT... How tired I (and not only me) am of the fact that it's impossible to find a seat in this cafe. Every table is occupied by students with laptops and empty cups. They sit there for hours starting in the morning, and it's simply impossible to find a seat in the cafe. On any weekend day, you can see people who just want to drink coffee normally standing around or simply leaving because they can't find a place to sit. I'm not suggesting that all students be expelled, but PLEASE MAKE FIVE TABLES EXCLUSIVELY FOR PEOPLE WITHOUT LAPTOPS. THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE!!!

Okay, this is a review solely for the new bald manager. Every barista who works here is so so lovely and makes the coffee incredible, my espresso is never burnt and I hope all of their pillows are always cold and their coffee always warm because finding non burnt espresso in this town is a nightmare. BUT ever since new manager came in, it is obvious that they are fighting for their lives to maintain quality because he continually punches in orders wrong, not to mention that he under fills the drinks by a really noticeable amount. Sir, if you stopped getting drinks wrong and dumping them out and instead filled people’s lattes all the way up you would still have the same profit margin 🫶 Anyways, I know the employees there can’t say anything because he’s their boss so consider this my contribution to the good fight. Sincerely, a regular.

To store owner/manager: Please teach your baristas to pull a normale espresso shot. I was told they can only pull ristretto or lungo.
