Horrible service and food wouldn't let me add onions to my fries even for a charge had fish tacos they had no guacamole that they could have made in the back just all around Horrible I will not go back . Never bin so disappointed in food before

They're open till 9:00 everyday so in reality they should have chicken till maybe 10 mins before close, I went in at 8:30 and they weee out of chicken. Not to mention the guy said they closed in 15 mins when they really closed in 30 mins. More than enough time to still have chicken left. If you can't serve people what they want past a certain time then close earlier and don't say you're open till 9:00 when more than half the items you can't get anymore because you don't have anymore.

Frequent visitor of this location, today may be my last. First thing is no chicken available at 7pm. The person working behind the counter this evening rushed the initial press on my wrap so as he wrapped it tore apart. He asked if I wanted it to be rewrapped because he wouldn’t be able to grill it on the second press. I said yes please. He goes over to the initial press and once again throws it on for a second and takes it off and it does the same thing tears apart. Then he throws it on the grill and leaves it on so long it burns the wrap. I asked for a couple chips and queso’s and instead of saying “hey we don’t have enough chips and saying I can make more it will be a couple minutes” like they have in the past, they proceed to give me every crumb out of the bottom pan. Worst thing is I paid for chips and queso and I got a quarter of a cup for queso cheese in the plastic container. Not very impressed. Waste of money

This is unusual, but today the serving size was very small, the beans were undercooked, and the bread was only lightly toasted, making it difficult to finish. Additionally, the customer service was not up to par. Also, that was experienced on national burrito day !!
