Walked into the store, employee is on his phone telling me to wait. Almost 10 minutes later he’s staring at me and still talking on the phone. Didn’t even get a chance to order at 2PM on a Thursday so I just left. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Unbearable beeping noises from everything. Machine in the back screeching about something. Everytime the front door opens an aggressive buzz and announcement follows. POS terminal has loud loud beeping. Vibes scream "We don't trust our staff" not "come enjoy lunch". Posting this from my car out front with my just fine burrito bowl.

This location was an amazing place to get food. My boyfriend and I were the first customers for their staff and all of them were very friendly. The food was really good and I appreciated that they have spanish rice. Our server was very patience and knowledgeable of the food she had. I was also like to point out that we met the manager and it was really nice to see him complimenting his staff and reassuring her. I will definitely be back!

Very poor service. Arrived at 6pm, and my 4yr old had to wait until almost 730pm to receive his meal. I had to return the meal repeatedly after many mistakes were made, the wrong sauces, missing ingredients etc. (no meat). No apologies or attempts were made to remedy the situation. It's a new business, so I'm assuming this will improve with time. For now it's a hard pass.
