This is a must visit if you are in Kingston! We had the lemonade slushy, poutine, and beaver tail all tasted AMAZING!! Haidar is so friendly and kind! Love this place!!

We tried the classic BeaverTail here for the first time! It was good—definitely on the sweeter side for my taste, but I think that’s exactly how a true BeaverTail is meant to be.

KYC know your customer. My son went in to use their washroom and we decided not to have a beaver tail at that time and some loser confronts my son telling him he is not welcome back and the washroom is for customers. We have probably been there 15 times during the school year. We won’t be back but Maybe ask the washroom security guard to relax.
In response to your comments. This did not happen on Canada Day. It happened a few weeks earlier, and you are right my son Was not restricted from using the washroom he was confronted after he used it and told he is not welcome here anymore for using it.

service really was the thing that made this so great for us. the gentleman serving us was very attentive and kind, and was really sweet with children when they came in. It's a really refreshing thing to see in these times, we will definitely be back.

This is such a beautiful place. And the menu is delicious! A group of us went in, the service was good, and the atmosphere was super lovely. I have nothing but lovely things to say. An amazing Canadian experience and for sure recommend the hot chcolate there!

Really good pastry, and add ice cream on top to make it better. Beaver bites are a bit heavy. Not as fluffy as mr puff or other dough balls.

We had the most pleasant experience due to a gentleman working on the Monday of the May long weekend. He went above and beyond to make my kids experience special - not something many do in the service industry these days. Beavertails speak for themselves, but the employee made the experience super positive.

I was the only person in the store and when I had ordered my beavertail, the worker was already holding a ready-made one, just waiting for the toppings. Didn't think anything of it at the time. Got my beavertail and left the store.
I realised the beavertail was cold once I started eating it, due to the fact it was made who knows how much earlier than I ordered it. Would've preferred to wait for a fresh one, as has been my experience in previous visits. Super disappointing especially at around $8 per beavertail.
