I always enjoy the ramen at this place, but unfortunately, the service has been disappointing. I ordered my ramen and waited about six minutes, thinking my food was already being prepared. However, nothing was happening, so I had to call the staff since she was inside. When she came out, she asked me what I wanted to order, and I told her I had already placed my order. That’s when she realized she hadn’t started preparing my food. It was really frustrating. This actually happened to me before, but I let it go because I thought she might have just been busy. This time, though, I was the only customer.

If you are buying the pre-packaged meals check the BB Date, they continue to sell the expired items after the date has past - and at full price on top of that. Normally most of these franchises are better than this.

My wife and I had a nice lunch here while waiting for skates to be sharpened at Sportchek. We both had a Salmon Bowl which was excellent. The Salmon is raw and fresh. Everything was tasty and the service very good. With the tax holiday, cost was $34.00 including a can of Diet Coke and a bottle of water.

It's a food court, however, with sushi the ingredients must be fresh (i.e. no brown avacado). The Wasabi was excellent, not watered down. The pork and rice was very good as was the gyoza, the sauce is amazing. I had the Bento Box, enough for two meals.

This is not tuna. Tuna does not stain the rice red. These cheapskates are buying fake tuna. The rice has no flavor. Avoid.

This is honestly the only good place to eat in this entire mall - I have eaten at every location and Bento Sushi is the best. Great food, prices and portions but limited options. I always order the Spicy California poke bowl (sometimes without the wakame(seaweed) salad as it is very fishy). Cost $13 with tax.- white rice base under other toppings / not to spicy

Bento boxes meat quality terrible. Beef like cooked slime. No texture to Chicken, overcooked and inedible. Suggest avoiding.
Always hot a delicious beef donburi and very quick to be made. Also some of the beat priced sushi around

Horrible owner. Cursed at me for waiting in line. Last time I get sushi at the mall line up for Manchu wok was blocking it out to. Don't be bothered with that place. If you can get to it. You will get the worst service possible
