We thought the lasagna from a pizza place would be frozen but it was home made and delicious! The Caesar salad had real bacon bits and was a healthy serving for $12.

I absolutely love this place and come here with my friends at lunch , was there today with my buddies, they customer service is excellent, the workers are extremely friendly, the prices are cheap, and conveniently the tax is included on the displayed price, there slices are big and a small fry is like a large at most places, with there food tasting amazing, the whole vibe On the inside is nice and comfortable too, 10/10 in my opinion Kingston's best pizzeria

Pizza tasted good. A little too much cheese and not enough sauce. Wish the pepperoni was on top so it would get crispy. Instead, pepperoni was under the cheese so was not at all crispy.

It’s a crap shoot….some times the pizza is fantastic, others sub par. Even the size of the pizza can differ! We always get XL and sometimes it looks diminutive in the box. We love the fact they’re heavy on the cheese but the trade off is that the crust is often raw at the bottom. The staff can be very unfriendly as well.

I ordered from Big Bob’s pizza for the very first time on Sunday, November 5, 2023 at or around 6:40pm, after I learned they delivered to the outskirts of Kingston (highway 15). I was so happy and thrilled!The young man who answered the phone had great customer service. I was told my order would arrive in about 45 mins. It arrived right on time! Not only did it arrive on time, the pizza and two lasagna’s were still hot- which was very impressive because I live about 20 mins from the Big Bob’s pizza.The driver, I think his name was Joe or Joey, was extremely friendly.The pizza and lasagna’s were very good - and well worth the money!I don’t normally order pizza with meat on it- but I will from now on. I ordered Big Bob’s Special 20” and added tomatoes to it (which they had no issues doing it for me. ?) It was awesome!! One of the best pizza’s I have had.It is now Tuesday, November 7, 2023, - I had the last slice of pizza today. I couldn’t believe it, the pizza tasted like it was cooked and delivered today! I have never had left over pizza where it tasted the same as the day it was delivered! This definitely tells me all of the ingredients they use to make their pizza are high quality ingredients.I would highly recommend Big Bob’s pizza! They have excellent customer service, their delivery drivers are very friendly and their pizza and lasagna are excellent!!Five star rating ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from this happy and satisfied customer!
We at Greenstone Countertops love ordering here on Saturdays. We asked for extra cheese and oh boy. It was half an inch thick. Almost needed another person to just lift a slice.Wonderful, would give 10 stars.
for real this is the best pizza I have ever had. I got the Canadian pizza and it was so delicious! Also, the workers seem very nice! 10/10 would 100% recommend this over any chain pizza.
