Food is good for the price of 9.99 for a burger combo, although would definitely not pay the full price of 15.29

Report to the manager or owner of this restaurant - Absolute disaster at the front desk. Ask your staff to conduct themselves with some professionalism unless they mute. Very unprofessional behaviour by the girl on 2nd October 2025 @ 8:20pm. Learn to talk properly with drivers, bad attitude.

Tried Veggie Burger from big smoke burger. It was tasty and felt like real vegetarian taste. Customer service was amazing. It took only few minutes to get my order. It was worth it as per amount I spent.

Website says hours on Sunday 11am to 11pm. Showed up at 12:30, door is locked. Sign in the window saying it’s open. Great. Won’t go here again . Maybe they should update their website

6:30 Sunday evening I stopped by here to make a order for my family.
The door was locked when I approached this business. I could see a employee inside and I asked if they were open to which she told no they were not.
The open sign was on in the window also them having the sandwich board out indicated they were.
I am extremely disappointed as this would have been my first time ordering from there

Burger was good, seasoned fries were good, my wife's strawberry milkshake was just blended strawberry milk. That was very disappointing. And the cost of two combos was $48. Definitely not worth that. Good but no.

The ‘beast’ is misleading. I got ONE tiny piece of bacon (the thin ones) and an onion ring with a diameter of 3cm

Overall tastes alright but if you do go, just get the regular one. For 19$ it was disappointing

Fries were cold, burger had almost no toppings or sauce. Won’t be coming back.

I have been here multiple times, and not once have the workers gotten an order right. It takes an obnoxiously long time (25 minutes roughly) for them to make a fast food burger and fries, and when they do it’s either undercooked or not remotely what you order. The food itself is decent, but the people who make it completely ruin it.

I was really excited to try this place because it's super convenient for me and I'd probably have gone often if it worked out. But I definitely will not be going back. I ordered a takeout burger and when I got back to eat it after picking it up, I cut into it and it looked red and raw in the middle. I called to let the women who served me know, and she argued that they cook their burgers to 165 degrees. I maintained that mine was still undercooked and she agreed to remake it, so I went back. When I arrived, she hadn't started to prepare anything yet and suggested twice that she would cook me one burger only. Except, I had ordered two patties and they were together, bunless, in the same container, covered in sauce and toppings. At this point I just asked for my money back instead of eating a partially, possibly contaminated meal. However, she was not able to provide me a refund as it seems she didn't know how do so with the cash register equipment. She called her boss for help who didn't pick up and then she offered me a "discount", which i declined as i certainly wasnt going to purchase anything else. My meal that I didn't end up eating cost me $20. I feel like the woman who was serving me perhaps just wasn't trained properly on how to cook the burgers, work the till, or offer customer service. Just be mindful, if your try this place and have an issue, they may not make it right or refund your order and you may be out of luck.

Terrible first experience and even worse customer support team. If you want a truly good burger, go to Meltwich a couple doors down from here on

Great burger, good fries...drink was on the small side and they did not adhere to their promotional offer on their window which is essentially false advertising
