been waiting for 45 mins, literally missed my lab because they needed to read every recipe for every single aspect of each drink.

Booster juice is one of my favourite thirst crunchers to go to.

Feel bad having to give a one star but there's no other way to explain this place. Go elsewhere if you can. 20-30 minute wait and no one knows what's going on. Booster juice should seriously reconsider having their name on this location.

Took 35 minutes for them to make my smoothie and it’s not even fully frozen, seems like they forgot to add ice.
waited for my mobile order for an hour, I had to talk to the only competent employee there to get it to actually start to be made, when I finally got it the order was wrong and the guy tried to convince me that I didn't know what the order I've been getting for 3 years looked like (it was legitimately the complete wrong colour)
bruh i waited half an hour for my smoothie and it was made so bad - i got the peanut butter one but there was no peanut butter in it??? i also ordered two boosters (about 3$) and didn't get them??? I watched the dude make it and he clearly had no clue what was going on, and i'm pretty sure it was the manager as well lol. also they are so stingy with the ingredients, a normal whey protein scoop is pretty big, they gave me one small tablespoons worth - which is totally less than what they say they give you on the menu - it was so gross i threw it out after spending 12$. Also more proof they have no clue what they doing they somehow made enough to fill two full sized cups??? even tho I ordered one. They ended up giving me both cups which wouldn't have been a bad thing if it wasn't so gross. I threw both of them out so fast. i have never posted a review and prob won't ever again but this was just so bad i had to share
Never makes any drink right. Too runny.
So the lady didn’t know how to work the till, so after about a 20 minute wait to order and then another 10 minutes of her trying to make the debit work, they graciously offered to make my smoothie free. I guess when they can’t accept your money they make you a smoothie that not only fills half the cup but that is horrendous and tastes like chalk. Thanks
You could order a simple glass of water and they'd still mess up the order, take 20 mins, and then hand it off to another person by mistake. Great service!

Long wait time, and low quality products. Never had such a poor mix at boosted Juice :( sad
Staff there is worst
So I usually love booster juice and have never had any issues, until today. I ordered a Pom Punch along with a sandwich and while drinking it I felt something hard/crunchy in my mouth, I ignored it thinking maybe it was a seed or stem. Then it happened a second time & this time I picked it out of my mouth only to be shocked and found what appears to be a piece of fingernail!(maybe a hard piece of plastic but the shape looks like a finger nail-either way NOT pleasant)
Very much a place for Queen's University students on meal plan. I use like all of my TAMs here especially while they have the sandwich + snack size juice combo. Service is always fast and there's a huge variety to choose from. Smoothies are good and filling if you don't want to eat a whole load of calories.
Went in the other day. Absolutely great and helpful service. Had payment card issues, Melanie saved the day. Plan to go again soon.
