The wait times can be very long, presumably because they don't have very much staff and they can have high demand, but the smoothies are the standard booster juices, which are pretty good. I think the older reviews may be outdated as everyone seems fairly competent now. I would reccomend ordering on the Transact app so you don't have to wait 20 minutes for the smoothie to be made.
So I usually love booster juice and have never had any issues, until today. I ordered a Pom Punch along with a sandwich and while drinking it I felt something hard/crunchy in my mouth, I ignored it thinking maybe it was a seed or stem. Then it happened a second time & this time I picked it out of my mouth only to be shocked and found what appears to be a piece of fingernail!(maybe a hard piece of plastic but the shape looks like a finger nail-either way NOT pleasant)
