I recently visited Boston Pizza, and overall the experience was a bit disappointing. The food quality didn’t meet my expectations—the flavors were weaker than expected, and the dishes felt less fresh compared to what I usually look for. It wasn’t bad, but definitely not something I would go out of my way for again.
That said, the staff were very friendly and professional. Their service was the highlight of the visit and made the experience much better than the food itself.

Tayler is the best bartender in Kingston Ontario. She is the reason I come to Boston Pizza East. I told her I like Moscow mules, and she did a very fun twist on one for me. Highly recommend this location.
