We visited this location yesterday for dinner before heading to Pearson Airport, and unfortunately, had another disappointing experience. We do not recommend dining here. The manager on duty, Jhoanna, was extremely rude. We could clearly hear her yelling at employees both in the kitchen and in the dining area. It created a very uncomfortable atmosphere for guests. This wasn’t the first time either,we came here last month and witnessed the same behavior from her but didn’t leave a review, thinking she might just be having a bad day. But after seeing the exact same thing happen again, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident. It’s very upsetting to see employees being treated so poorly in front of customers. We hope the owner or Boston Pizza head office takes these concerns seriously and addresses how staff and guests are being treated at this location.

I saw the same thing where employees were being screamed and cursed at, loud enough for my table to hear. The host was super sweet but after when she went over to her supervisor she got yelled at which seemed unprovoked and unprofessional on the supervisors part. Seems like a chaotic and stressful work environment. Management shouldn’t be treating their employees like that. Won’t be coming back.

Food was good, but the management seemed terrible. We could hear yelling and Screaming, coming from a manager to their crew members, swearing, and being rude and absolutely no way you should be treating anyone. Awful if you condone this behaviour.
