Captain George's Fish & Chips

This was the first time in the restaurant since they reopened and man they did NOT disappoint. The food was amazing. Everything was fresh and soooo yummy. We will definitely be going back again to eat.

Sorry to say just got home with a order of cod and fries was expecting a light crisp batter was soggy even the fries were soggy maybe the oil wasn't right temperature who knows very soggy fish

Just stopped with my husband for halibut and chips. They are open under new ownership but same great fish and chips! Perfectly done halibut (a good portion) and really good chips. Kudos in the home made tartar sauce. It was awesome. The place looks fresh and welcoming.

I have been to Captain George’s Fish N’Chips on Gardner Road a couple of times. It is a nice little place. They have ample free parking and seating inside. They have amazing food and great service. Everyone there is very friendly. They greet you with a smile they make you feel very welcome and they are even more than happy to help you carry your order out to the vehicle. It definitely won’t be my last visit. I will definitely be there again.

Pretty sure they went out of business. They have been closed every time I went by and they never answer th phone, there is an old faded sign in the window saying closed sorry for the inconvenience.

Wheelchair accessibility: I believe there are no steps inside or outside. The entire restaurant, including the washroom, is on one floor.
