I unfortunately arrived too late to get lunch, but I did ask the friendly, helpful staff for recommendations on yummy things people liked, and I quite agree that the carrot cake is amazing! Moist, flavourful. I took it with me to my conference in Niagara Falls, and was happily enjoying it for days there.
Delightful shop, lots of pretty things that would make great gifts, baked goods all looked good, it was so hard to decide!

Best bakery in Kingston! Their pumpkin pie in the fall and strawberry baked goods in the spring/summer are incredible, and their zucchini chocolate cake is incredible.

$40 raspberry cake. Literally a 5mm thin layer of raspberry, heavy icing and the rest is your avg cake. We would have got something better and cheaper at any major grocery store

Card's Bakery created 150 cupcakes for us for our wedding. The cupcakes were absolutely perfect and it was really easy to coordinate with them.

They used to have better chocolate zucchini brownies with a cream cheese frosting but now it just tastes like a sugar frosting without cream cheese

They may have beautiful goods and gifts but their Butter Tarts are THE literal best there is in Ontario and all of North America. Shoutout to the Banana Squares as well...phenomenal. What an establishment!

Asked for 6 vanilla cupcakes with pineapple yellow icing and 6 chocolate with same icing. I received the vanilla with the proper icing, but the 6 chocolate had chocolate icing. Also I did not ask for sprinkles and they all came with sprinkles. I’m not sure if my English was that bad or they just have a problem listening to their customers. I’m pretty sure it is the latter. Very disappointed in the product and the customer service.

Great bakery in the heart of Kingston. The atmosphere is always amazing with seasonal decorations and yummy smells. My partner and I always drop in to browse when downtown. Their baked goods are all delicious but the banana squares, carrot cake and PB brownies get a special shout-out. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re on Princess or looking for a sweet treat.
