One of the pictures shows places to sit, but when my friend and I went in, it was only a store that sold herbal, blended and dry teas. Good parking and easy to get to

The lady running the shop is so kind, helpful, friendly, and patient. You can be in here for a long time just checking out the samples to figure out what you like. There is a big selection of very nice green tea. A lot of them are organic and when you buy a tea the label has a lot of info on it to help you know the brewing temperature and how many times you can infuse it. A lovely little shop!

Absolutely incredible little store, tea is some of the best I have ever had. Always friendly, happy people. Love to help or even just to talk. Kaoru always brightens up my day.

Prices are more than reasonable considering the quality. Selection is amazing! I always get a little lost looking lol

I drink iced Sencha or Dragon Tears every day and feel better than ever in my mind and body. I notice serious reductions in my inflammation and chronic pain.

I will never go back to that grocery store junk, CHA CHA all the way!

I went to cha cha tea yesterday and it was a great experience. The owner is so kind and enthusiastic about tea, making for an excellent tea shopping experience. She has a selection of teas (~30-40) of all different types of flavors. You can smell all the leaves and there was a sample available.Prices are fair and you can buy sample size bags if you are unsure.Ultimately we got tea blueberry Asam which tastes and smells delicious.Overall a great experience and product and we hope to be back soon.

Great shop! Large variety of teas, predominantly black but with a selection of green tea, matcha, white tea, pu-erh, herbal tea and even kids tea! She also sells a bunch of pottery from local artists, Algonquin teas, tea canisters and all the other tea paraphernalia. It was such a pleasant visit, we will be back!!

Nice variety of teas ranging from very low to moderate price. My favorite green tea is gyokuro and it just feels more special when a Japanese person sells it to you.
