I have been here for the first time and the representative named Natasha made me the smoothie and I highly recommend her. I really appreciate her customer service and the drink she made it was really refreshing and exactly giving me the coffee flavour which I was expecting. kudos to the team. She deserves the raise 🙌🙌

When it first opened up the customer service was amazing. Now the customer service is awkward. There is one employee who is always good and consistent (I believe his name is Hilton), but I had a really weird experience with another employee on my last visit that has really influenced my review. I will definitely not come back after that.

Have you ever been asked to plunge a toilet as a customer, AND get questioned if you knew it was clogged before you used it? I just did by the employee this afternoon after I used the washroom without knowing it was clogged - there were no signs anywhere indicating there was a clog nor was the door locked to stop customers from using it. This was ridiculous because 1) I don’t work there 2) I did not clog the toilet 3) it’s up to the establishment/staff to maintain their facilities. While the drink was fine, the staff can use better training for basic service etiquette.

Really disappointed with the service I received today while on my lunch break... went into the store for a drink, noticed no one was at the counter. After 5 minutes I decided to order using the machine on the side hoping that would alert the employee - still nothing and now I've paid $10 for a drink.
Another gentleman came in and tried ringing the doorbell on the counter - no response. I eventually decided to ask another customer sitting at a table if she knew where the staff was, she thought she had seen them go next door to Guac Mexi Grill.
I then went to Guac in search of someone to make my drink i've already paid $10 for. By this point, I may be late returning from my break. I find the Chatime female employee AT THE COUNTER CHATTING WITH THE GUAC WORKERS. I asked her if she worked next door - she rolled her eyes and said yes. I asked if she could return so I could have my drink and go back to work. She reluctantly walked back in front of me without a word.
She was incredibly rude, rolled her eyes the whole time and did not even offer an apology. The other man had left the store by this point after waiting for so long. She continued to give me dirty looks until I left the building while the other customer gave me sympathy looks... not impressed at all.

Best tea place … and staff is so amazing I don’t know who the hell give bad review to them and the female employee treat everyone so kindly I only go to meet her have their handcrafted taro… and hazelnut choclate it’s amazing so try and then give a review don’t give them fake reviews I am their regular customer.. lots of love to Natasha she is best employee like a friend now 🫡
