I ordered a Taro Milk Tea for delivery, but it was unlike any Taro I’ve had before. The texture was powdery and clumpy, even after stirring, and I couldn’t even drink it. Very disappointed. Didn’t even get a refund.

Great cha time location, EXCEPT... the one lady who works there always makes my drinks bad compared to the other workers. You can barely taste the tea, only milk. The first time I assumed it was just a bad day or something, so I gave her a second chance. However the second time, it was still bad! As well she does not have great customer service. Each time I go I hope that she is not working... lol otherwise good tho!

I have been here for the first time and the representative named Natasha made me the smoothie and I highly recommend her. I really appreciate her customer service and the drink she made it was really refreshing and exactly giving me the coffee flavour which I was expecting. kudos to the team. She deserves the raise 🙌🙌
When it first opened up the customer service was amazing. Now the customer service is awkward. There is one employee who is always good and consistent (I believe his name is Hilton), but I had a really weird experience with another employee on my last visit that has really influenced my review. I will definitely not come back after that.

Have you ever been asked to plunge a toilet as a customer, AND get questioned if you knew it was clogged before you used it? I just did by the employee this afternoon after I used the washroom without knowing it was clogged - there were no signs anywhere indicating there was a clog nor was the door locked to stop customers from using it. This was ridiculous because 1) I don’t work there 2) I did not clog the toilet 3) it’s up to the establishment/staff to maintain their facilities. While the drink was fine, the staff can use better training for basic service etiquette.
