Alittle loud, but to be expected. You are in a public dinner with family atmosphere. Everything is very prompt. Did not do the buffet, but from a visual perspective, it looked good. Other patrons seem to enjoy.
For those asking - yes the buffet is back! It's great, even better than I remember. Lots of selection - wings, rice, SS chicken, honey garlic spareribs, honey garlic weiners (?), onion rings, ice cream, fortune cookies, fruit, egg rolls, and much more. Lunch time is still cheaper. Quality of food was good. Service for drinks was good.

My favorite Chinese food to date but the poor waitress was run off her feet both times I've been there and she's so nice. Downside is cross contamination if you happen to have an allergy or specific diet be cautious I ordered all veggie dishes and found chunks of chicken in it which I didn't love to see but picked them out.
