Was here today, ordered two drinks, my iced mocha was horribly sweet while the cappuccino was sour like a cheapo coffee. I'm not one of those people who usually complain, but the coffee for that price was just awful.

One of my favourite spots until recently.
They literally built cages around live birds/bird nests on the outside of the building. Took some of us to point this out and really press the issue but they didn't seem to care. We even brought a ladder/tools to help. Someone got the live bird that was trapped, but didn't remove the dead bird (which probably died of starvation and dehydration), or close the cage back up so they wouldn't get in again. We ended up taking care of it. Really disappointing behaviour by the staff and owners about this situation. This is an animal rights and sanitation problem. I've seen birds trapped inside the shop also.
This isn't just about the coffee...you have an obligation to take care of the shop, including the impacted wildlife.
