came to this coffee shop with 2 of my friends to buy lunch and grab a coffee. however upon entering i bumped into 2 of my other friends and went up into the seating portion to say hi. after not even being there for 2 minutes chatting, the male barista came up to my friends and i and completely degraded us. he told us that there was a HUGE lineup in front of us and not to touch his furniture. this made my friends and i extremely uncomfortable and we had to leave immediately because we felt that we were unwelcome. i have never seen worse customer service, not only did you miss out on my friends and i’s service, but we will also be telling our friends to never go there. this is completely unacceptable and it is safe to say i will NEVER return. can’t believe an establishment would treat potential customers this way. save yourself the humiliation and go to literally any other cafe in kingston.

I would steer clear of coffee and company unless you want to be yelled at condescendingly for trying to enjoy your drink and meal in-store. The food and drinks here are good but the quality of customer service is so poor that I can’t reason spending my money here anymore.

Did not expect to be yelled at when I went to see if there's a table available. Why did you treat me like garbage, yell at me multiple times when I did nothing wrong, and yet you were nice to the Queen's students? I was already having a bad day, and you made it worse. The worst part is that, to you, it made no difference in your day to be mean to someone.

Shocked at how bad my experience was at Coffee & Company today. There was a mix up and we got the wrong order & then they forgot the coffee. They didn’t believe that they forgot the coffee and then got upset with us for getting the wrong food? No apologies were given at any point.
