Absolutely unacceptable service. The middle-aged woman taking orders at the window was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Customers are treated with zero respect, and waiting an unreasonable amount of time is clearly considered normal here. If I knew her name, I would file a formal complaint without hesitation. No one in customer service should speak to people this way it’s clear she lacks even basic communication skills. This place seriously needs to train its staff or replace them. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone!👌🏻

I ordered 4 large Oreo blizzards tonight through delivery service. $9.11 each. 2 came with no Oreo pieces and 2 came loaded. Trying to understand what happened here. Disappointed.

Went through the drive thru around 4pm when they seemed to be a little low on staff for the order size I gave, but despite the pressure, and longer wait they still gave unwaveringly exceptional customer service. Food was brilliant and fresh, and honestly better than most fast food places for cheaper. Definitely earned a regular!

Ordered a royal blizzard and was so excited to have fudge and got two bites at the top with the rest being completely empty....awesome thanks diary queen never coming back...what a scam its suppose to have fudge all throughout to the bottom not two bites at the top than nothing...why is all fast food so expensive and not what is advertised at all....very disappointing won't be back and won't be recommending to others will be telling people to save their money and avoid at all costs

There’s no seating inside, only a small outdoor area, and you’ll need to wait if you want to sit there
Came to the takeout window on Thurs Aug 14th night; a genuinely warm and friendly lady greeted me and took my order. The staff were busy but seemed to be organized and had a good system in place. Although I had my wife’s order, I wasn’t sure what I wanted. She recommended a Blizzard that I later really enjoyed. My wife loved her Oreo Blizzard, too. We will be back!

Came near closing and was Rudely told that they don’t want to take cash towards the end of the night. Had I been asked nicely I would have been more than happy to pay by card. When the window closed this worker was also heard through the window speaking harshly to her coworkers.
