Stellar service by staff member Brennan in support of Miracle Treat Day! He promptly greeted us upon entry and welcomed us to the store. Brennan provided phenomenal customer service and went above and beyond in support of our order. He knowledgeably recommended Blizzard flavours/combos and kindly stored our excess Blizzards in the freezer until we were ready to leave. The Dairy Queen itself was spotlessly clean and the Blizzards were cold, solid and tasty! We are looking forward to our next visit - thank you Brennan!

That loud beep everytime the doors open is extremely irritating! Replace it with something quieter and maybe I will return.

This is the quaint little place for Dairy Queen. It does need an update though.

I ordered a ice cream cake for my Father's birthday. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The store was very clean and well taken care of. Most important the cake was absolutely delicious. We definitely will be returning for their hot food and more ice cream of all kinds!

If I could give this negative reviews I would. After attending all my rigorous classes today, the only thing I could think about indulging in was a FREE vanilla soft serve DQ cone. I have left Dairy Queen distraught, hair soaked from the rain, shoes drenched with muddy water because they refused to serve me because my DQ account kicked me out. They told me to wait hours until the app let me back into my account. The staff was very arrogant and dismissive and I left with tears in my eyes. Expecting to leave with a gorgeous dipped cone, the only thing dipped was my body drenched in muddy rain water. I had to walk all the way back home icecreamless, hopeless, and utterly disappointed. Will not be returning.

Went in last minute to get an icecream cake for my kiddos b day tomorrow, and the sweetest employee asked if we were looking for a specific cake. She whipped it up in just a few minutes and it is absolutely lovely. She made my rainy day! Thank you again!
